Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned departments (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Marketing).
    • Manage calendars and schedules for assigned teams and staff members.
    • Prepare and process meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for efficient document retrieval.
    • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed.
    • Prepare presentations and reports as required.
    • Process expense reports and maintain petty cash accounts (if applicable).
    • Order office supplies and equipment.
    • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
    • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn new things.

Experience
