  • Maintain customer satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with Airtel subscribers.
  • Document interactions and track progress: Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistent service and track resolution progress.
  • Contribute to process improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting modifications and enhancements to optimize customer service delivery.
