- Resolve customer issues efficiently: Utilize your knowledge of Airtel products and services to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels and follow up for resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with Airtel subscribers.
- Document interactions and track progress: Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistent service and track resolution progress.
- Contribute to process improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting modifications and enhancements to optimize customer service delivery.
