Amazon is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support to Amazon employees, including but not limited to:

  • Respond to and resolve user support tickets accurately and efficiently
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to Amazon employees
  • Install and configure new computer equipment and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Maintain and update Amazon's IT infrastructure
  • Provide training and support on Amazon's IT systems and applications
