• Lead and manage a team of store associates to ensure that Amazon's high standards of customer service and operational excellence are met
• Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies
• Oversee inventory management and ensure that products are available to customers when and where they want them
• Manage store finances and ensure that the store is operating within budget
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and customers
