• Order Management and Resolution:
  • Assist customers with orders, including tracking, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
  • Utilize knowledge of Amazon policies and procedures to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
• Product Knowledge and Troubleshooting:
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Amazon's product offerings and features.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with products and provide technical assistance when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product updates and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries.
