• Develop and implement Amazon's global benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off
• Manage and maintain Amazon's benefits vendor relationships
• Negotiate and renew benefits contracts
• Communicate and educate employees about Amazon's benefits program
• Resolve employee benefits issues and complaints
• Stay up-to-date on the latest benefits trends and regulations
