• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about Asian Paints' products and services, including product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
