• Oversee the production of Asian Paints products, from raw material procurement to finished product packaging
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and standards
• Identify and resolve production problems and inefficiencies
• Optimize the production process to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Manage a team of production operators
