Responsibilities:

• Open and manage customer accounts, including processing applications, verifying documents, and issuing debit cards and passbooks.
• Process cash transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and encashment of cheques.
• Provide account information and resolve customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures, including KYC and AML regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Branch Manager.
