• Process payroll accurately and efficiently: Collect and verify employee data, including timesheets, salary information, and tax deductions. Accurately calculate employee paychecks, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain payroll records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee master files, payroll journals, and tax forms. Ensure the integrity and security of payroll data.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues: Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies, such as errors in paychecks or deductions. Address employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
