• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Bharti Airtel products and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further investigation and resolution
• Document and track customer interactions and issues
• Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information on Bharti Airtel products and services
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
