• Contact customers with outstanding payments to understand their situation and develop a payment plan
• Negotiate and collect payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payments received
• Follow up with customers who have not made payments as agreed
• Report on collection performance to the Collections Manager
