Blinkit is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills. You will be responsible for providing technical support to Blinkit employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment, and providing training on IT systems and applications.

• Install and configure new desktop computers, laptops, and other peripherals
• Provide training to employees on IT systems and applications
• Maintain and update IT documentation
• Manage and track IT assets
• Work with other members of the IT team to maintain the Blinkit IT infrastructure
