Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating leads and identifying potential boat buyers.
- Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the features and benefits of our boat products, creating interest and excitement among potential customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls, providing additional information, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and information, maximizing the efficiency of the sales process.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the marine industry to enhance product knowledge and sales pitch.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-driven learning, staying ahead in a competitive market.
