Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
   • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating leads and identifying potential boat buyers.
   • Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the features and benefits of our boat products, creating interest and excitement among potential customers.
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls, providing additional information, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and information, maximizing the efficiency of the sales process.
   • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
3. Achieve Sales Targets:
   • Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively closing deals and converting leads into customers.
   • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the marine industry to enhance product knowledge and sales pitch.
   • Continuously improve sales techniques through training and self-driven learning, staying ahead in a competitive market.
