Provide accurate and helpful information: Effectively communicate product information, service details, and troubleshooting steps to customers, ensuring they understand and can resolve their issues.
Resolve customer issues efficiently: Work diligently to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Maintain customer records and documentation: Accurately update customer records, maintain call logs, and document interactions to ensure proper follow-up and service delivery.
