• Recommend and book restaurants, cultural attractions, and entertainment options at the guest's destination.
• Manage special requests, such as dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, and in-flight upgrades.
• Proactively monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Etihad Airways' services, destinations, and travel policies.
• Continuously research and stay updated on travel trends, attractions, and events at various destinations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, hospitality sector, or a related customer service role.
