• Develop and implement personalized financial plans for Flipkart employees
• Provide advice on a variety of financial topics, including budgeting, saving, investing, retirement planning, and insurance
• Help employees to understand their financial options and make informed financial decisions
• Monitor and update financial plans as needed
• Provide financial education and workshops to Flipkart employees
