• Respond to and resolve customer support requests related to desktop hardware and software issues
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Install and configure software applications and operating systems
• Provide technical support and training to employees
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff
• Maintain and update documentation on desktop hardware and software
