2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product catalog and features. Be able to educate customers on products, their specifications, and suggest suitable alternatives when needed.
3. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or feedback. Collaborate with other teams within the organization to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
