• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
• Investigate customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Explain Flipkart's policies and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Offer product recommendations and upsell or cross-sell products where appropriate.
• Assist with order tracking, returns, and refunds.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
