Summary

As a Data Analyst at Genpact, you'll be a data whisperer, extracting hidden patterns and valuable insights from complex datasets. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from data collection and cleaning to data analysis and visualization. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and objectives.
Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to uncover hidden insights from datasets.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively communicate data insights.
Prepare comprehensive data reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
Build and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection and analysis processes.
Participate in the development and implementation of data governance strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL (highly preferred).
Working knowledge of data visualization tools (a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
