Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our growing marketing team as a Jr. Marketing Executive. In this remote role, you'll collaborate with experienced marketing professionals on a wide range of initiatives, from content creation and social media management to campaign execution and market research. You'll have the opportunity to learn from the best, develop your marketing skills, and contribute to the success of a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.)
• Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media content, email copy) that aligns with brand messaging and target audiences
• Manage and update social media platforms, developing and implementing content calendars to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Support with lead generation activities, including creating landing pages and managing email campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
• Assist with event planning and execution (virtual and in-person)
• Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Ability to create engaging and informative content
• Analytical mind with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (a plus)

Experience

This is an ideal role for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of marketing experience.
