The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including employee recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.

Responsibility

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees
• Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
