Responsibility

• Oversee a team of Personal Bankers and ensure that sales and customer service goals are met
• Monitor and track team performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Train and develop team members
• Ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise within the team
