We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our growing team as a Payroll Clerk. In this vital role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:
  • Calculate and process salaries and wages for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Accrue and deduct various taxes and deductions as per applicable regulations.
  • Generate and distribute payslips electronically or physically.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions.
• Benefits Administration:
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Process enrollment forms and update beneficiary information.
  • Liaise with insurance providers and benefit administrators.
• Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the payroll system.
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to various departments and regulatory bodies.
