• Cash Handling:

  • Reconcile cash books and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Account Management:
  • Open and maintain customer accounts.
  • Update customer information and address inquiries promptly.
  • Issue and manage debit cards and other banking products.
• Customer Service:
  • Assist customers with their banking needs in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Promote various bank products and services.
