Responsibilities:

• Open and maintain customer accounts, including verifying documents, issuing debit cards and passbooks, and processing account applications.
• Process cash transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and encashment of cheques.
• Provide accurate information about bank products and services to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve their concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Assist with branch operations, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including KYC and AML regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
