Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including cash receipts, disbursements, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Ensure that all transactions are properly coded and categorized according to accounting standards.
Prepare financial reports: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure that reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
Reconcile accounts: Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and other financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation of reconciliation procedures.
Handle payroll-related tasks: Assist with payroll processing, including verifying employee data, calculating paychecks, and ensuring timely payroll disbursements.
Provide financial support: Assist the accounting team with various financial tasks, such as data entry, preparing financial documents, and responding to financial queries.
