Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records: Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including cash receipts, disbursements, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. Ensure that all transactions are properly coded and categorized according to accounting standards.
• Prepare financial reports: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure that reports are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting standards.
• Reconcile accounts: Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and other financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation of reconciliation procedures.
• Handle payroll-related tasks: Assist with payroll processing, including verifying employee data, calculating paychecks, and ensuring timely payroll disbursements.
• Provide financial support: Assist the accounting team with various financial tasks, such as data entry, preparing financial documents, and responding to financial queries.
