Responsibility

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide information about HDFC Bank's products and services.
• Assist customers with opening accounts, applying for loans, and transferring money.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain customer records and databases.
