Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to execution, monitoring, and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
