We're looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our growing work-from-home team!
About the Job:
In this role, you'll be the first line of support for our customers. You'll answer their questions, address their concerns, and work to resolve any issues they have. You'll also lead and coach a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure they're providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and find solutions quickly.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Coach and mentor Customer Service Representatives to improve their skills.
- Ensure team meets customer service goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
