• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and online customers
• Generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about Jio products and services
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Assist the Sales Manager in organizing and executing sales campaigns
