• Contact delinquent customers to collect outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans and arrangements with customers
• Provide updates to the Collection Manager on the status of collections
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities
• Follow up with customers to ensure that they are meeting their payment obligations
