Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the entire data analysis lifecycle, from collecting and cleaning data to analyzing trends and presenting insights to stakeholders across various functions (engineering, finance, operations). This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for uncovering hidden patterns and stories within data sets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and define business problems
• Design and execute data collection strategies, including gathering data from various sources (internal databases, external market data, project reports)
• Clean, organize, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Conduct statistical analysis using tools like SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, correlations, and patterns
• Develop clear and compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively
• Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and support them in making informed decisions
• Stay up-to-date on emerging data analysis trends and technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related role (required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (SQL, Python, R)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
• Curiosity and a passion for learning new things
