Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company culture.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters, including resolving issues and concerns, conducting investigations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Assist with training and development initiatives for employees.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate data for informed decision-making.
- Partner with other HR professionals and business units to achieve departmental goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role (freshers with strong academic background and demonstrably strong HR skills can also apply).
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive and professional demeanor with a commitment to employee satisfaction.
Experience:
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role. However, we are also open to exceptional recent graduates with a strong academic background in HR and a demonstrably strong passion for building successful careers in the field.
