Key Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR policies and procedures.

• Assist with training and development initiatives for employees.
• Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a generalist HR role (freshers with strong academic background and demonstrably strong HR skills can also apply).
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience:
