Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments within L&T, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel.
- Process data entry tasks efficiently and accurately, ensuring the integrity of company records.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure easy access to essential documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Assist with travel arrangements for L&T employees, including booking flights and hotels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant role (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
