• Support the full employee life cycle, from recruitment to onboarding to exit
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee performance and provide feedback
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
• Design and deliver training and development programs
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices
