The Position: Remote Customer Success Manager

Meesho is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort and flexibility of your own space, as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at Meesho, you'll be the primary point of contact for a designated group of sellers. You'll build strong relationships with them, understanding their needs and challenges. By providing ongoing support, guidance, and training, you'll empower them to maximize their success on the Meesho platform.

This role is critical in driving seller adoption, engagement, and ultimately, increased sales on our platform. You'll play a key role in collecting valuable seller feedback, using it to improve our offerings and continuously enhance the seller experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to your assigned sellers, understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and success for each seller.
  • Develop and implement customized onboarding and training programs to equip sellers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel on the platform.
  • Be a source of ongoing support, providing clear and timely communication to address seller inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track seller progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze seller feedback and translate it into actionable insights to improve the Meesho platform and seller experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across various functions like product, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless experience for sellers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
  • A passion for e-commerce and a strong understanding of the Indian market (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience

This role is open to both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers. While experience in customer success or a related field is a plus, we highly value a strong work ethic, a dedication to learning, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
