  • Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately understand and resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, products, and platform usage.
  • Provide clear and concise information, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes by identifying and suggesting solutions.
