Resolution Rockstar:
- Actively listen to customer concerns and identify the root cause of their problems.
- Work collaboratively with relevant teams to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on resolutions effectively.
Team Player Extraordinaire:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the BPO team.
