• Develop and implement Meesho's employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits
• Manage the day-to-day administration of the benefits program, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor relationships
• Communicate with employees about the benefits program and ensure that they understand their benefits and how to use them
• Benchmark Meesho's benefits program against other companies to ensure that it is competitive
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits
