Meesho is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Collection Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from Meesho sellers, ensuring that Meesho receives its payments on time so that it can continue to provide its services to sellers and customers.

  • Contact delinquent sellers and collect overdue payments
  • Negotiate payment plans with sellers
  • Update customer records and track payment progress
  • Report any unresolved issues to the Branch Manager
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
