The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent technical and communication skills. You will be responsible for helping Meesho merchants to implement and use the Meesho platform successfully.

  • Work with Meesho merchants to understand their needs and requirements
  • Develop and implement customized implementation plans for each merchant
  • Provide training and support to merchants on how to use the Meesho platform
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for merchants
  • Collect and analyze feedback from merchants to identify areas for improvement
