  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints: Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to Meesho's platform, products, and services, including order processing, payments, refunds, and technical issues.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information: Effectively communicate product information, service details, troubleshooting steps, and policies to customers, ensuring they understand and can resolve their issues.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently: Work diligently to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation: Accurately update customer records, maintain call logs, and document interactions to ensure proper follow-up and service delivery.
  • Contribute to positive customer experiences: Strive to provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to resolve issues, address concerns, and leave a lasting positive impression on customers.
