• Help Hero: Understand sellers' concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat), actively listen, and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Knowledge Navigator: Navigate Meesho's platform and policies like a pro, guiding sellers through onboarding, listing products, using features, and resolving technical issues.
• Empathy Champion: Build rapport with sellers, understand their unique challenges, and offer empathetic support and encouragement to keep them motivated.
