• Resolution Rockstar:
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and identify the root cause of their problems.
  • Work collaboratively with relevant teams to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on resolutions effectively.
• Team Player Extraordinaire:
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the BPO team.
