The Position

Myntra is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive Officer to join our growing team. This is a remote-first position, so you can work from anywhere in India with a strong internet connection.

Job Summary

As an Executive Officer, you'll wear many hats. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Conducting in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitor insights.
• Preparing high-quality reports and presentations that visually communicate complex data and recommendations.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, sales growth, and profitability.
• Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across various business functions.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and technology.
• Managing and motivating a team of talented individuals to achieve their full potential.
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze customer data to understand buying behavior and preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and brand awareness.
• Prepare financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of Executive Assistants or junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills.
• A passion for fashion and e-commerce is a plus.
